Refurbishment and redevelopment of the courtyard to create a bespoke and unique destination point at the heart of the town. As so much can now be bought online, the retail environment needs to offer an experience. Lighting played an important part at night in creating a pleasurable street environment by playing with stars set into the ground, wall lights focusing on plants and a contemporary style for general light.
