Dormy House is the perfect rural retreat. Todhunter Earle's sumptuous interiors have been enhanced with lighting to create cosy corners and a relaxed country house atmosphere. The natural features throughout the hotel have been highlighted, from the open fireplaces to the stonework and wood panelling throughout reception and lobby areas. Lighting adds a different atmosphere across the two dining experiences: uplit banquettes and decorative wall lights enhance the fine dining, whilst textures are emphasised throughout The Potting Shed, which is all about local grub.
