Once again this year we participated in the global event, Chase the Dark, organized by the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). It is an inspiring concept that encourages exchange of ideas between designers from around the world. The event began in Sydeny and followed the setting sun across over 25 different cities.

This year's event concept promoted creativity and inspiration with the goal to create a lampshade using one piece of paper and one light source in one hour. With some cuts and using the paper's transparency qualities, we designed a hanging lantern that creates an interesting shadow pattern.
